Welcome to PackLume Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

PackLume Studio provides digital services including but not limited to web development, WordPress development, graphic design, video editing, UI/UX design, AI automation, digital marketing, and SEO optimization. All project details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before project commencement.

2. Project Agreements

• All projects begin after a written agreement (email, contract, or proposal acceptance) and receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment.
• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be clearly defined before work begins.
• Changes to the project scope after agreement may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals.
• A non-refundable advance is required to begin work on any project.
• Final deliverables and source files are released upon receipt of full payment.
• Overdue payments may result in project suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all custom-created deliverables become the client's intellectual property.
• PackLume Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Revisions

Revision rounds are specified per project plan. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted in writing (email or messaging platform).

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline extensions.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

PackLume Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Advance payments are non-refundable.

9. Warranty

We provide post-delivery support as specified in each project plan. Beyond the support period, maintenance and updates may be arranged under a separate agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international business standards and applicable governing laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation and appropriate professional arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
